Libra Srl proposes two different solutions for the protection of your electronic mail. One solution is outsourcing to a dedicated server at a Libra data center, or a virtual appliance to be installed at the client’s location.

The outsourcing solution, (Online Protection) foresees the use of a virtual machine server dedicated to ESVA and utilized exclusively by the client, certified at the Libra Srl data center (Cluster VMware VSphere 4), which ensures continuous service without charging the client for technical interventions.

The in-house solution, (OnSite Protection), foresees the installation of Virtual Appliance on the client's hardware compatible with VMware ESX Server, VMware Server, VMware Player or VMware Workstation.

Online Protection
Online protection is indicated for small companies or any company that does not have dedicated IT personnel.  Filtering of the electronic mail is managed on the cluster of Libra server which is exclusively dedicated to email security.

OnSite Protection
OnSite Protection is instead based on a hardware appliance with the installation of Libra Esva.  This solution presents advantages mainly for large companies, thanks to the possibility of intervention personalizion, the whitelists, blacklists and the interfacing with the company electronic mail server through LDAP or active directory.
